Things started to change from day 14 onwards. Our weight loss stalled, we couldnt go to the bathroom and we both felt like our bodies werent changing. How We Felt After
Relieved and less stressed but nervous about eating again.Unsure how our bodies would feel with food in them, worried wed gain the weight back instantly even though it obviously couldnt happen.Strangely we also felt sensitive emotionally.
