Well, Im still trudging along with my little 7 day weight loss cleanse. Its tough, but I really love it. Ive already lost 2 1/2 pounds, have plenty of energy and feel great!

Usually when I try to lose weight, I just tighten up my diet a bit and patiently wait for eachlittlepound to drop. It seems to take forever and I end up losing motivation and feeling defeated. Im sure many of you can relate. Why is it that weight seems to pile on effortlessly, but is next to impossible to take off???

So, that is one of the things I love about this cleanse.its just 7 little measly days! I can do anything for 7 days, right?
