Ive been using the Aveeno Clear Complexion Daily Cleansing Pads for a couple of months now and I must say, it is an amazing product. Ive tried several exfoliating products over the past few years, but I keep returning to this product because it does make a difference.
I do believe that what we use on our skin can play a role in how our skin looks. However, I do also believe that what we consume plays a bigger role in the overall appearance of our skin.
Therefore, if you are on a skincare journey and you are looking to try products that will help your skin, I would first suggest that you consider your eating habits and change up certain foods that you consume on a regular basis.
Consider eating more fruits rich in vitamin C which serves as an antioxidant that helps clear up your skin. Not only that, but try drinking more water as well.
I myself have been struggling with drinking water. But I literally had to force myself to drink water, because my skin really needs it to survive. Therefore, let us try to work on the inside so that the outside is a lot easier to clean up.
