I have been using this cleansing cream for over 40 years. I love how it has kept my skin hydrated and blemish free. I ran out and purchased the new one with the white top. I questioned why there was white top and was told that the product is the same just the top changed due to materials that make the lid are now unavailable due to shortages.

NO, the product has changed as well! The texture is different, doesnt smell the same, doesnt look the same and doesnt apply as easily on my face. SO disappointed that I was lied to by the Merle Norman representative.

I will check with other Merle Normans and see if they still have any of the older product that they claim was so successful. Why change a good thing?.

I got this MN cleansing cream yesterday and was excited to try it before going to bed. Were it not for the fragrance it would have been the cleanser I have been looking for it makes the face feel supple, no irritated, painful feel on the cheeks and eyes.
