I was used to using a facial cream to wash my face, but decided I needed to use a more pH balanced facial cleanser. I find that my face is still trying to adjust to this cleanser, but it appears to be doing more than an adequate job of removing makeup, etc. I find that my face feels dry after using it, something I didn’t experience using a facial cream, but I will still order it again.
