Repeat the process on the other leaves, and then discard the stems. Chop the kale leaves into large pieces . Add half of the chopped kale to the blender, along with the apple juice, lemon juice, and ginger. Blend the kale until the leaves break down completely. Pour through a strainer and transfer the kale juice to a large glass. Serve. Makes one drink.

Two ways actually, the first way is a bit extreme, which is doing a juice fast where you will consume nothing but juice for some time.
In Joe Cross case, he did it for 60 days that resulted in him losing 100 pounds.
