This face-wash is for normal to oily skin type but I have a combination skin and I am using it for last 6 months with good results, so it works for me. The people at the Kiehls stores are very generous with you and your skin, since the entire range is so expensive after testing your skin type, they give you free samples of the product for the starters and according to our skin type they refer us an entire range of skin care or repair routine. This way it becomes very convenient for us to check before buying how good or bad the product will be for our skin without wasting a single penny :-p. Its certainly a blessing.

As mentioned by the seller, the face-wash is a totally chemical-free product which is very light on the skin. It repairs the skin everyday. True to its claim, the face-wash comes in a transparent gel form just one very small pump lathers in a foam beautifully. It has a very light herbal fragrance which is very soothing to your senses.

Just after the wash, face does looks squeaky clean and very healthy. It does feel a little dry in the beginning but that feeling eventually settles down. More than the wash externally, it repairs your face internally, deep cleaning pores from within, taking care of the breakouts, making the skin very healthy day by day.

I had always heard quite a bit of buzz around the Kiehls brand but had never given any of their products a try.
