Juices rarely contain fiber and typically have a great deal of fructose, a form of sugar. Some of the symptoms of low blood sugar include dehydration, headache, hunger, irritability , low energy levels, weakness, and fainting .
Some juice cleanse or detoxifying protocols want you to take laxatives or do colonic hydrotherapy/irrigation. For some people, just a regular juice cleanse can cause diarrhea. If you have diarrhea or overstimulate your large intestine, you could become dehydrated and have imbalanced electrolytes .

The threshold for low oxalate intake is 4050 mg daily. If you are going on a juice cleanse, it is important to add up the amount of oxalate you are consuming every day and keep it below this number, especially if you have had kidney stones in the past .
