This is good for acne prone skin. I wouldn’t rate Cetaphil a ten, as I still have a little bit of acne after using this. But for the most part, this helped tone down the acne rash on my back. I had acne bumps, small ones, from my shoulder to about my mid-back. I still have a few acne spots, but not the rash I did have. This works great for acne, especially if you combine it with OTC acne medication. It’s helped both my teenage son’s acne. They both had a lot of red blotched acne covering their faces. My youngest son also had dozens of blackheads all over his face. Now their faces aren’t as red as they once were, and it’s helped with their breakouts. They both still get acne, but it isn’t anything like it once was. Cetaphyl works great for help acne.EffectivenessThis works great at treating acne. It’s even better when you combine it with different leave-on acne treatments. I wouldn’t use this as a bar soap, I would only use it on acne. It’s not good to use antibacterial soap all the time because they can create antibiotic-resistant bacteria. You need to be around bacteria so that your immune system can become stronger. My kids, and I skip a day using this here and there, so that our immune system doesn’t get weaker. I would suggest doing this as well.
