Phases Of The Military Diet
The three phases of the military diet are known as the 3 Day Diet,5 Day Diet, and the 7 Day Diet.
The 3-Day Diet is a strict, low-calorie diet that includes three phases. Phase 1 consists of a strict water-only fast for 3 days, followed by 4 days of a strict 500 calorie per day diet. 2nd phase consists of 4 days of a 1000 calorie per day diet, which allows you to add vegetables.
Phase 1:

Phase 2:

Phase 3:
Its about going back to the routine and repeating the cycle. The rules for phase 3 in the military diet are as follows:
- Eat 3 meals a day, consisting of foods from the following list: Eggs, breakfast meats, cheeses, peanut butter, nuts and seeds, vegetables.
- Drink around 2 liters of water every day.
- Stay active for 30 minutes a day.
- If youre not hungry after eating your first meal of the day, wait until youre hungry to eat again.

What Is Viscous Fiber
Scientists say fiber-based gel creeps through our systems at a snails pace. As it goes, it blunts our appetites, reduces production of fat-storage hormones, and actually releasespotent fat-burning compounds called butyrates.
