I have done the Cleanse to the Rescue 21 day cleanse multiple times, and it seriously works! It comes with 21 packs of 4 supplements, that you take daily, as a detox. I recently came across the company HUM Nutrition and was really intrigued by their Cleanse to the Rescue, a 3-day detox for radiant skin and a flatter stomach. Since I still cannot exercise Ive been really interested in cleanses and have just been more health conscious overall. Ive successfully tried juice cleanses before and loved them but this is different & really cool because its simple: 4 pills a day , a healthy diet, fast results and my favorite part about it, youre not starving yourself the whole time! It contains a bunch of detoxifying herbs such as, beetroot, red clover, dandelion root, ginger & peppermint leaf . The instructions are simple and the packaging gives advice on what to eat & what to avoid.
The full cleanse/detox lasts 21 days but I chose to do the 3-day cleanse to try it out and share my results faster. I started Wednesday, ended Friday. I lost 3 pounds and between this and choosing healthier foods & smaller meals, I definitely felt better & healthier overall! My skin seemed less dry and the extra weight loss is always a plus. The only negative side effect I had while taking these pills were headaches. I quickly figured out that it was from not staying hydrated enough and just added more water to my diet and the headaches subsided. I have probably 15 or so more packets left over so I will probably do a 3-day cleanse once monthly for the next few months!
