This means you may feel malnourished if you do not consume sufficient calories, protein, or certain vitamins while trying to follow an all-raw lifestyle.

Consuming a majority of raw foods can also cause complications for your intestines since these items have a higher amount of fiber and water than cooked foods. Since they are harder to digest in raw form, overconsumption can lead to diarrhea and/or constipation both painful experiences that arent ideal for anyone .

Raw Spaghetti With Meatballs

1 large zucchini if you have a spiral slicer, cut the zucchini into 3 pieces and use spiralizer to create spaghetti. Or, use a slicer or grater to make noodles.

Sauce

1 clove of garlic, crushed1 Tbsp virgin cold pressed olive oilDash of oregano and basil1 cup sesame seedsHimalayan salt/Celtic salt and Pepper

Method:After soaking walnuts, drain and pat dry. Blend all ingredients in a blender, scrapping the mixture from the side and then continuing to pulse until you reach a chunky consistency, so mixture sticks together. Too chunky it will not stick and if you blend for too long it will turn into a paste so make sure you stop and check the consistency often. Roll into balls and roll in sesame seeds.

Arrange zucchini spaghetti on plate, pour over sauce and arrange the meatballs on top of sauce, drizzling a little more sauce over meatballs.
