My oily, hip-length hair needs washing every 2 days with other shampoos, but TRESémme Deep Cleansing Shampoo keeps my hair clean for 3-4 days. Unlike other shampoos, my hair doesn’t get used to it, so it continues to be effective even with regular use. I bulk buy whenever it’s on sale.
I’m not keen on the matching conditioner, so I have a few other brands’ conditioners on rotation.
I was looking for a clarifying shampoo to wash out semi permanent dye from my hair. To my amazement this did the job!! I was was using head and shoulders before but this works so much better for washing out colour!
For reference i used Arctic foxs aquamarine and it stained green. . So that may be a factor of why the colour was able to wash out with this shampoo. Thankfully my silver hair is sort of back to what it was before.
It smells good and goes on nice and bubbly and its very fluffy when washing your hair. Though when you wash it out it is quite stripping and drying and my hair gets tangled a bit. So make sure you condition.

My hair smelled so high I didn’t bother using cologne, and it felt smooth. The shampoo untangles your hair while washing too! Like I’ve said, the other shampoo brought my tingling and tingling even when I clean.
