How Does The 2


Each week weve planned 4 healthy, delicious dinners for you to make in whatever way works best for you whether thats weekend batch-cooking, prepping the ingredients ahead so theyre ready when you are, or making the recipe start to finish each of the four days.

Since we dont expect you to cook seven days of the week, weve built in days for using leftovers, making your own favorite recipes, or even getting takeout or delivery . Feel free to move days around, double a recipe or two so you have more leftovers, or swap out some of the recipes altogether to use your familys favorites.

On Sundays its Build Your Own Meal night. We encourage you to use what you have on hand or what needs to be used up from the week. Fill half your plate with veggies, a quarter with protein, and the final quarter with carbohydrate-rich foods like fruit, rice, sweet potatoes, etc. We also like to make sure to add a source of healthy, satisfying fats such as olive oil, some avocado, nuts, or cheese.

What Is The Liquid Diet

A liquid diet is a short-term weight-loss method that implies consuming only liquids for a specific period of time.

These can be clear liquids, meal replacement shakes, juices, pureed soups, smoothies, etc.

Liquid diets are one of the most restrictive eating plans. While you are not confined to specific ingredients, certain rules should be followed as far as the consistency of the food goes.

The liquid diet should not be followed for a long period of time and 14 days should be more than enough. In fact you could try the liquid diet for 3 days or 7 seven days. I am sure you will get good results.

There are health risks involved in sticking to this diet for a longer time. I have seen online some people doing it for 30 days, thats extreme!

While in some cases the liquid diet is prescribed by doctors as a pre- or post-operation eating plan, some people do it for the sole reason of shedding pounds.

    One thing you may notice is that you may feel worse before you feel better: nausea, headaches, flu-like symptoms, and fatigue may appear within the first two weeks of the cleanse. It will not last for the entirety of the six-week cleanse. I see it as a positive. Its a sign that the body is eradicating or removing something that was causing dysfunction, says Miller.
